.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure extending SW across the west- 
central Atlantic will gradually weaken Sun through Tue. Moderate 
trades are expected to persist the next few days. A tropical wave
along 68W will exit the local area Sat morning. The next 
tropical wave over the tropical Atlantic near 48W will cross the 
eastern Caribbean Sun and Mon.
