.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridge along 33N moving E across the W 
Atlc will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds through Tue 
night. A broad trough will develop NE of the area along 60W Wed, 
and migrate westward to near 70W Thu morning and to near 75W Sat
morning. The trough will be followed by a surge of fresh to 
locally strong E to SE winds, and active weather.
