.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist across the far NE 
Atlantic. A cold front will stall from near Bermuda to NW Bahamas
tonight through late Sunday. Elongated trough will develop from 
to W Atlantic to E Cuba early Tuesday then shift E and reach 
from Bermuda to Windward Passage by Wednesday.
