.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extends across the area. Moderate winds
will increase moderate to fresh tonight into Tue. By Tue night, 
winds will become moderate and prevail through the rest of the 
week. Slight to moderate seas will continue through the week. 

.TODAY...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 to 4 ft in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.

over the area through the week.
