.SYNOPSIS...A ridge over the SW North Atlantic supports moderate 
to fresh easterly winds. However, the ridge is forecast to weaken
over the next couple of days, allowing winds and seas to diminish
across the SE Gulf.  

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the
evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
