.SYNOPSIS...Newly formed Tropical Storm Zeta near 17.7N 83.5W
1005 mb at 5 AM EDT moving N at 1 kt. Maximum sustained winds
35 kt gusts 45 kt. Zeta will move to 18.2N 83.8W this afternoon,
18.9N 84.4W Mon morning, and 19.8N 85.7W Mon afternoon. Tropical
Storm Zeta will strengthen to a hurricane near 21.1N 87.4W Tue
morning, then move to 22.9N 89.5W Tue afternoon, and 25.4N 90.7W
Wed morning.

.SYNOPSIS...Long-period northeast swell generated from Hurricane
Epsilon in the north Atlantic will continue to impact areas
northeast of the Bahamas through tonight. Newly formed Tropical 
Storm Zeta will remain west of the area, but will bring heavy 
rain and gusty winds to South Florida, the Florida Straits, and 
adjacent waters into mid-week.
