.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the northern Gulf will support
gentle to moderate winds and slight seas across the basin
through the weekend.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE after midnight.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Josephine near 15.3N 53.3W 1006 mb
at 5 AM EDT moving WNW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt
gusts 45 kt. Josephine will move to 16.5N 55.3W this afternoon,
18.0N 58.1W Sat morning, 19.1N 60.6W Sat afternoon, 20.3N 62.9W
Sun morning, 21.6N 65.1W Sun afternoon, and 23.1N 66.7W Mon
morning. Josephine will weaken to a tropical depression near
26.0N 67.8W  early Tue. Otherwise, a persistent high pressure
ridge extending from the Atlantic into the Gulf of Mexico will 
support gentle to moderate east to southeast winds.
