.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three near 19.5N 92.6W 1003 mb at 11 AM EDT
moving W at 3 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. 
Tropical Depression Three will strengthen to a tropical storm near
19.5N 92.7W this evening with maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts
to 45 kt, then move to near 19.0N 92.4W Wed morning, to near 
18.8N 92.2W Wed evening, to near 18.8N 92.0W Thu morning, to near 
18.9N 91.8W Thu evening, and to near 19.8N 91.2W Fri morning with 
maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts to 55 kt Tropical Storm Three 
will change little in intensity as it moves farther north early 
Sat.
