Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak stationary front extending into the NE Gulf
will dissipate tonight. A cold front is expected to stall along
the northern Gulf Coast Wed night through Fri. E to SE winds
will prevail across the basin Fri through Sun.  

.TODAY...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Arthur north of the area will 
move SE to S through Thu and weaken. Large NE swell from Arthur 
will affect the waters NE of the Bahamas through Fri then subside 
Fri night and Sat. A weak frontal trough moving across Florida 
will dissipate later today. High pressure will build modestly 
across the northern waters Fri and Sat.

3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
