Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary across the northern Gulf waters
will continue to lift northward tonight while dissipating. A
ridge will build across the basin on Tue, with a weak high
pressure cell developing over the SE Gulf. This system will move
toward western Cuba on Thu, ahead of the next cold front
forecast to reach the northern Gulf Thu night and Fri. It will
stall and weaken over the northern or central waters Fri night.
Smoke from agricultural fires in southern Mexico may reduce
visibilities over the SW Gulf and Bay of Campeche.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough over SE Florida will move toward the NW
Bahamas over the next couple of days. Sea heights due to
northerly swell will continue to subside across the forecast
waters tonight into Tue as the complex low pressure system over
the central Atlantic continues to move away from the region. A 
ridge will dominate the SW N Atlantic through Wed. A cold front is
expected to move off the SE U.S. coast and across the northern 
waters Thu night through Fri night. Expect fresh to locally strong
SW winds ahead of the front and over the north waters.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N,
and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of 27N.
