Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front that extends from near Mobile, Alabama
to 26N95W to 20N97W will move SE across the Gulf of Mexico
through Fri, then exit the basin by Fri night. Strong N to NE 
winds and building seas are expected behind the front. Seas will 
subside across the Gulf this weekend. Another cold front will move
across the western Gulf Mon night through Tue night. 

.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NW to N 15 to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to 4 ft after
midnight. Chance of showers. 
.FRI...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...N to NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in N to
NE swell. 
.SAT...NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure off the coast of NE Florida will move
NE and pull a strong cold front across the forecast waters
tonight through this weekend. Near gale force winds are expected
on both sides of the front through Fri night, with northerly
gales likely N of 29N following frontal passage in the vicinity
of the Gulf Stream. Large N swell associated with this system 
will propagate southward across the waters through the weekend, 
then gradually subside early next week.

15 to 20 kt, shifting to W to NW 20 to 25 kt after midnight. Seas
4 to 6 ft in E swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 25 to
35 kt N of 27N, highest N of 29N. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NE to E 
swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI NIGHT...N winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 20 to
30 kt N of 27N. Seas 8 to 13 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered
