Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front over the Straits of Florida will
dissipate today. A cold front over NW Gulf will stall over the
northern waters tonight then lift northward on Mon. The next
cold front is forecast to enter the NW Gulf Tue night, then move
slowly across the Gulf region Wed through Thu. Reinforcing cold
air will push the cold front across the Gulf waters late Thu
into Fri. Gale force conditions are possible west of the front
offshore of Tampico, Mexico late Thu night, and offshore of
Veracruz, Mexico on Fri. 

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to
2 ft or less.

.THU NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N to NE 15 to
20 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to 4 ft late.  

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 28N65W through the 
Florida Straits. This front will gradually dissipate through 
tonight. A weak trough located off NE Florida will lift NE
through Mon. A cold front will briefly reach the NW waters
tonight into Mon, the move N of the area by Mon night. The next
cold front  will move off the SE U.S. coast on Wed and stall
over the northern waters on Thu. Reinforcing cold air will push
the front southward Thu night into Fri. Gale conditions are
possible W of the front across the north waters Thu night and
Fri.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and
6 to 8 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. S of 27N, seas 3 ft,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to
6 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
