Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure trough over the SE Gulf will
dissipate later today or tonight. A cold front will move off the
Texas coast tonight and move E across the Gulf through Wed. Weak
low pressure will develop over the NE Gulf Wed and quickly move
across northern Florida. Another cold front will move across the 
Gulf waters Thu night through Sat. This front will be accompanied 
by fresh to strong northerly winds and building seas.

.TODAY...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW 10 to 15 kt
in the afternoon. Seas 3 ft. Chance of showers. 
.WED NIGHT...W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from near 31N70W to the east-
central coast of Florida, with fresh to strong winds on either
side of the front over the northern waters. The front will pass 
east of the forecast waters through tonight. A low pressure 
system will move across northern Florida Wed, emerge off the NE 
Florida coast Wed night, then track east across the area through 
Thu night. Another low pressure system will track NE along the 
eastern U.S. coast from Fri through Sat. The trailing cold front 
will sweep across the area Sat and Sat night, with strong winds 
expected across the northern waters.

.TODAY...W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Slight chance of
showers. 
.WED...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE in the afternoon.
Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Slight
chance of showers. 
.WED NIGHT...S of 27N, W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SW
after midnight. N of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to S
15 to 20 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to
