Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue across the area through
Fri night. The high will maintain moderate to fresh south to
southeast winds over the waters west of 90W. Winds will be
mainly light to gentle east of 90W through the period. An upper-
level trough will support scattered showers and thunderstorms
over the north- central Gulf waters through early Tue.  

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N late.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Six near 31.5N 72.2W 1010 mb at
11 PM EDT moving E at 3 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 
40 kt. TD Six will move to 31.6N 72.0W Tue morning, strengthen to
a tropical storm near 32.1N 71.9W Tue evening, 33.4N 71.7W Wed 
morning, and 35.5N 70.7W Wed evening. Scattered to numerous 
showers and thunderstorms, some with strong gusty winds and rough
seas are north 28N between 70W and 73W. Tropical Storm Dorian, 
currently in the tropical Atlantic, is forecast to move across 
the eastern Caribbean Sea as a hurricane by the middle of the 
week and move across eastern Hispaniola Wed night into Thu. 
Dorian will move N of Hispaniola as a tropical storm Thu, and 
track NW across the Bahamas through Sat night. 

.OVERNIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less S of
27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of
27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.WED...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
