Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from the Florida Big Bend to 
near Tampico Mexico. The front will continue to slowly cross the 
Gulf waters to pass SE of the area Wed. Strong winds and building 
seas will follow west of the front, with gale conditions expected 
over the waters near Veracruz Mexico Tue night. High pres ridging 
will then build over the Gulf in the wake of the front and prevail
through the remainder of the week.

.SYNOPSIS...High pres over the forecast waters will retreat E and
allow a cold front to enter the NW waters this morning. The front
will shift E and eventually stall from near 23N65W to the 
Windward passage Thu, then weaken and dissipate by Fri evening. 

.TODAY...W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W 15 to 20 kt N of 27N.
Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NW 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the evening, subsiding to 2 ft or
less.
