Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A quasi-stationary front extends W from the Straits
of Florida near 25N80W to the SE Gulf near 24N85W. The tail end
of this front will dissipate Wed. A 1018 mb low is centered over
the NW Gulf near 28N97W. The low will move E to the north
central Gulf near 28N91W Wed, and 27N90W Thu, and shift SE to
27N87W on Fri. The low will then move slowly E across central
Florida along 28N during the upcoming weekend.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front stalling from 31N68W to the N Bahamas
to the Straits of Florida will gradually weaken today with the 
frontal remnants lifting N as a weak warm front tonight into
Wed.  A surface low will develop along the front near 31N79W by
early  Thu, and move E along 31N while dragging a new cold front
SE  through the Central Bahamas. Another surface low will
develop near 31N78W on Thu night, and race ENE passing N of
Bermuda on Fri  night. The strongest winds associated with this
low will remain N  of 31N.
