Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will reach the coast of Texas Wed, 
stall across the N Gulf Thu, then move N as a warm front. A 
stronger cold front will reach the NW Gulf Fri, move SE and reach 
from the western Florida Panhandle to the SW Gulf near Veracruz by
late Sat. Gales will be possible near Tampico and Veracruz on Sun
night.

.WED...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Ridging along 28N will weaken and shift SE Wed and
Thu as a weak cold front moves across the waters N of 28N.
Reinforcing high pressure will build N of the area Sat, allowing
fresh to strong NE winds to develop near the approaches to the 
Windward Passage.  

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, NE winds 5 to
10 kt, shifting to SE to S late in the night. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to
