Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A coastal trough along the coasts of SW Louisiana,
Texas and NE Mexico will move NW and inland this afternoon.
Otherwise, a ridge will dominate the gulf waters through Tuesday
night. A weak cold front will reach the coast of Texas on
Wednesday, and stall across the N Gulf Thu before moving N as a
warm front Thursday night. A stronger cold front will reach the
NW Gulf on Friday.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front extending from 22N65W to  the
SE Bahamas will dissipate by this evening. A ridge centered 
just E of central Florida through Tuesday night will weaken, and
 shift southeastward through Wednesday as the southern portion
of  a cold front quickly moves from W to E across the northern
forecast waters. The ridge will set up along 25N on Thursday as 
low pres moves off the SE United States coast, with another cold
 front expected to drop southward to near 29N. Fresh to strong
SW  winds will precede this next cold front. 

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 5 to 10 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...S of 27N,NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,SW to W
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N in the late morning and
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less.
