Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure over the Gulf will maintain
light to moderate winds through Thu afternoon. The next cold
front will enter the northern Gulf Thu night, then reach from
the Florida Big Bend in the NE Gulf to near Tampico Mexico by
Fri afternoon, then stall from Tampa to the Bay of Campeche on
Sat before lifting back to the W and NW through Sun. High pres
will prevail Mon and Mon night. Gale force winds are possible 
along the coast of Mexico near Tampico and Veracruz Fri and Fri 
night.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A stalling cold front from 27N65W to across the SE
Bahamas and eastern Cuba will gradually dissipate through early
Fri. A ridge will build along 25N in the wake of the front. 
A weak cold front will move off the NE Florida coast early Fri, 
reach from Bermuda to S Florida Sat, then will stall and gradually
dissipate along 25N through early next week as high pres builds
down from the N.

.TODAY...N to NE winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. 
.TONIGHT...E winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N.
