Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has stalled near N Tampa Bay to a 1014 
mb low near 25N94W to the Mexican coast just SE of Veracruz. 
Strong to gale force winds and high seas prevail NW of front. 
Reinforcing cold air will push the front south of the area Fri 
through Sat, with gale force winds likely over a large portion of 
the region W of 87W. Marine conditions will rapidly improve across
the basin Sat night and Sun after the front exits the area.

.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Chance of
showers.

.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell will dominate the Atlc waters
E of 72W through the weekend. A cold front off NE Florida and
the NW waters will stall from 31N75W to central Florida  through
Fri. The front will begin to move SE across the Gulf of Mexico
late Fri and extend from 31N79W to Sarasota, Florida   Sat
morning, then reach from 31N68W to E Cuba Sun morning, and  from
28N65W to NW Haiti Mon morning, where it will begin to stall.
Fresh to strong N winds are expected N of the front this 
weekend. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N,
and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Slight chance of showers. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
