Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front across the NW Gulf will push
southward along the Mexican coast and continue eastward in the
northern Gulf today, with a surface low developing along the
front near 26N97W later today. The low will move E to 26N93W
late tonight and near 26N87W late Thu, then move E of the gulf
Fri dragging the front S of the area. Strong to minimal gale 
force winds and rough seas are expected in the wake of the front. 

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
.THU NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Building high pressure across the area will support 
fresh to locally strong trades over SE waters and ATLC approach 
to the Windward Passage today. A cold front will move off the NE
 Florida coast late Wed, then stall from 31N75W to SE Florida
late Thu through Fri. The front will strengthen on Fri night and
move E again reaching from Bermuda to E Cuba on Sun. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15
kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.
