Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extending from the western
Florida Panhandle to SE of Brownsville near 25N96W will weaken
and dissipate during the next day or so as it moves slowly SE. A
trough over the central gulf will drift westward and move inland
along the Tamaulipas and Veracruz coast of Mexico by Sun. High
pressure will then build across the area by early next week.

.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure is centered near 26N67W. A 
surface trough extends SW from the low to the entrance of the
Windward Passage. The low will quickly move NE to near 31N48W by
Sat night. The associated trough will become a cold front and 
move to beyond the far SE waters by Sat afternoon. High pres will 
generally maintain moderate NE winds over the area through Mon. A 
tighter pressure gradient will bring and increase of easterly 
winds over much of the central and southern waters late Mon 
through Tuesday night. 

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 10 to 15 kt
