Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A 1012 mb low near 26N89W extends a cold front SW to
24N93W and to inland Mexico near 23N98W. The low will slowly
track east-northeastward to the far eastern gulf waters through
early on Friday before moving inland central Florida Friday
afternoon pushing the cold front to the far SE waters by
Saturday. A tight pressure gradient behind the front will bring
gale force conditions to much of the western waters through
today, except to continue over the far SW waters into early on
Thursday. High pressure will build in over the area in the wake
of the front through Sunday allowing for winds and seas to
decrease.

and thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N77W to inland Florida
 near Vero Beach will reach from near 31N72W to SE Florida by 
this evening and become diffuse as a 1012 mb low pressure near
27N72W intensifies as it quickly tracks northeastward to  just N
of the area near 32N64W 1000 mb by early on Thursday.  Strong to
near gale force winds are expected with southerly flow  to the E
and SE of the low. Another low pressure system, currently over
the eastern Gulf of Mexico, will move across Florida into  the
SW N Atlantic by Friday evening. The associated cold front  will
move across the forecast area through Sunday night.
