.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure prevails across the basin. A
cold front will move into the NW waters by Sat morning, then
reach from near Tampa Bay to Veracruz Mexico Sat night with
strong northerly flow behind front.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from 31N70W to the northern Bahamas
will creep slowly SE through the end of the week. A broad
surface trough from E Cuba NE into central Atlc will shift slowly
E through Fri. A surface low will develop along the trough and 
deepen NE of the area Thu through Fri as the front gradually 
merges with trough N of 27N.
