.SYNOPSIS...A trough will meander across the SW gulf waters
through midweek. High pres will build across the area by the end
of the week.

and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Lingering old frontal boundary from 31N62W to 27N74W
to 26.5N80W will begin to drift NW and weaken further  through
tonight then return SE and dissipate Tue through Wed as  high
pres builds from NE U.S. SW to Gulf coast. Elongated surface
trough to develop ahead of old front Tue from 31N66W to E Cuba, 
and shift slowly ESE and weaken as it moves across the waters N 
of Puerto Rico late in the week. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N.
