.SYNOPSIS...A trough will meander across the SW gulf waters
through Wed. High pressure building N of the area will result in
locally strong NE flow across the E gulf waters through Sun
night. The pressure gradient will relax on Tue and Wed, with
moderate NE-E flow E of 90W and moderate SE return flow W of
90W.
