.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the interior Texas Coastal
Plains will gradually dissipate through Thu. A ridge will
meander from the Florida Panhandle to NE Mexico through early
next week.  

.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the late evening and overnight. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 4 ft late.

to Dominican Republic. These features will drift W through the
weekend, then losing identity by early next week.
