.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the NE Gulf will move to the
Carolinas through mid week, maintaining gentle to moderate winds.  
Expect fresh NE winds over the SE Gulf and Straits of Florida  
Fri as a trough over the western Atlantic moves W through the 
Bahamas.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds prevail NW of a stationary front 
extending from 31N65W to 23N70W to the Windward Passage. NW
swell generated behind front will subside W of 65W through Tue.
The front will weaken to a trough through mid week and drift W 
through the end of the week with more tranquil marine conditions
 prevailing.

of 27N. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
