.SYNOPSIS...Residual NW swell over the SE Gulf will subside
through the afternoon. Otherwise, high pressure will dominate
the basin through the week with fairly tranquil marine
conditions.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds and seas of 7 to 11 ft
follow a cold front extending from 31N68W to the Windward 
Passage. Winds and seas will diminish and subside through this 
evening as the front continues E before stalling and weakening to 
a trough through mid week. The trough will drift W through the
end of the week with more tranquil marine conditions present.

NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt late.
