Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from near Marco Island, 
Florida to across the Yucatan Channel and Peninsula to the coast 
at the Bay of Campeche near 18.5N92W will exit the basin early 
this afternoon. Winds and seas will diminish across the Gulf 
through tonight with more tranquil marine conditions through the 
week ahead. Mainly moderate to locally fresh E to SE flow will 
prevail around High Pres NE of the area.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW to N winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 9 ft. 
.MON...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Phillipe near 27.8N 77.5W at 1500 UTC
moving ENE at 27 kt will move rapidly N of the area by the early
evening ahead of a cold front moving off of the NE Florida coast. 
The cold front will reach from Bermuda to the Windward Passage by
Mon afternoon where it will stall, then will drift W through the
remainder of the week as a remnant trough.

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS. W to NW winds 20 to
25 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 40 to 45 kt N of 27N. Seas 5 o 8 ft S
of 27N, and 6 to 10 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated 
thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and NW 25 to 30 kt
N of 27N. Gusts to around gale force N of 29.5N between 20 nm and
60 nm of shore. Seas 3 to 6 ft S of 27N, and 8 to 13 ft N of 27N.
