Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from near Apalachicola, Florida to the
central Bay of Campeche will sweep SE across the Gulf through
Sunday afternoon with fresh to strong northerly winds behind it.
Elongated circulation of Tropical Storm Phillipe across the
Straits of Florida will move quickly NE across the Florida Keys
tonight and then continue NE across extreme SE Florida overnight
and then race across the SW N Atlc Sun. Winds and seas will
diminish across the Gulf through Sun night with more tranquil
marine conditions through early next week.

30 to 35 kt. Seas 4 to 9 ft. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Phillipe is over Straits of Florida 
near 24.8N 82.1W at 0300 UTC 1003 mb moving NNE at 21 kt. 
Maximum sustained winds 35 kt gust to 45 kt. Phillipe will move 
quickly NE across the Florida Keys early tonight and continue
overnight across extreme SE Florida and pass just N of the far 
NW Bahamas around sunrise Sun, then race NE across the SW N Atlc
reaching 33.9N 74.0W by 0000 UTC Mon. A cold front will follow 
in the wake of the tropical storm, reaching from Bermuda to the 
Windward Passage by Mon afternoon, then stalling and weakening 
through mid week.

40 kt S of 27N, and SE 20 to 25 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 10 ft.

winds 35 to 40 kt, becoming W to NW 20 to 25 kt in the afternoon.

45 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 10 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 12 ft
N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
