Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh return flow has started over the NW Gulf ahead
of the next cold front, expected to move into the NW Gulf early
this afternoon, then reach from the western Florida Panhandle to
the W Bay of Campeche by early Sat afternoon. High pressure
behind front will support another round of strong northerly
winds across much of the basin, with gale force winds expected
across the west-central and SW Gulf on Sat and Sat night.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from just E of Bermuda to the 
Windward Passage will stall, weaken then lift northward through 
the central Bahamas by late today ahead of low pressure developing
in the NW Caribbean. The low pressure will move across western 
Cuba into the Bahamas by late Sat, ahead of a cold front moving 
through the Gulf of Mexico. The front will reach from 30N75W to 
central Cuba by Sun afternoon. Gale force winds are possible along
the front N of 27N at that time as another area of low pressure 
develops along the front and lifts N of the area. Winds and seas 
diminish through mid week as the front weakens and stalls the low 
pressure becomes diffuse along the front.

of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
