Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Northerly winds and seas will continue to diminish 
gradually, as high pressure shifts E across the N Gulf. Fresh 
return flow will begin in the NW Gulf by midday today, ahead of 
the next cold front expected to move into the NW Gulf midday Fri, 
then reach from the Florida Panhandle to the SW corner of the Gulf
midday Sat. High pressure behind front will support another round
of strong Nly winds across much of the basin, with gale force 
winds expected across the west-central and SW Gulf on Sat.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N73W across the
central Bahamas to central Cuba will move SE, and reach from
31N69W to  SE Cuba by midday Thu, before stalling and weakening
and returning NW, from near 31N60W to central Cuba through Fri
and  Sat. Fresh to strong winds both ahead of and behind the
front are expected to persist through early Fri. Another cold
front will  move off the coast of Florida by sunrise Sun,
possibly  interacting with the low pressure currently developing
in the W  Caribbean Sea. This could bring an increase in winds
and seas  across the SW N Atlantic on Sunday.
