Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Northerly winds and seas will gradually diminish
across the Gulf overnight as high pressure shifts ENE across the
far NW Gulf. Fresh return flow will begin over the NW Gulf by
early Fri, ahead of the next cold front expected to move into
the NW Gulf late Fri then reach from the western Florida
Panhandle to the W Bay of Campeche by midday Sat. High pressure
behind front will support another round of strong Nly winds
across much of the basin, with gale force winds expected across
the west-central and SW Gulf on Sat.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N74W across the NW 
Bahamas to central Cuba near 22N80W will move SE and reach from 
31N69W to eastern Cuba by midday Thu, before stalling and 
weakening from near 31N60W to central Cuba through Fri and Sat. 
Fresh to strong winds both ahead of and behind the front are 
expected to persist through tonight. Another cold front will
move off the coast of Florida by early Sun, possibly interacting
with the low pressure currently developing over the W Caribbean
Sea.  This could bring an increase in winds and seas across the
SW N  Atlantic on Sunday.
