Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue to extend from the Mid-
Atlantic states southwestward to the northern Gulf of Mexico
waters through Sunday night, as a cold front moves off the Texas
coast. Fresh to strong E winds in the NE Gulf waters will
continue for next 24 hours. Gentle SE winds in NW Gulf waters
will continue today, and then become light southerly flow just
ahead of the Sunday morning cold front for the Texas coast. The
front is expected to reach from near Apalachicola Florida to the
NW corner of the Yucatan Peninsula by Monday afternoon, from
Sarasota Florida to NW Cuba by Tuesday afternoon. Strong high
pressure will build southeastward across the area in the wake of
the front with fresh to locally strong northerly winds spreading
from W to E across the forecast waters.

.SYNOPSIS...Stationary front through 27N65W to 26N70W to 26N75W.
Surface trough along 25N76W, across Cuba, to 20N78W. The front
and trough will dissipate during the next 24 hours. Fresh SE 
return flow will set up across the waters N of 23N W of 74W late
 Sunday through Monday night, and increase to strong southerly 
winds late Monday night into Tuesday. A cold front is forecast 
to move off the SE Coast after sunset on Tuesday night. The cold
 front passes through 31N74W 27N75W 22N78W after sunset on 
Wednesday night. The front is expected to be preceded by a line 
of thunderstorms, capable of producing strong gusty winds and 
rough seas.
