Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue to extend from the Mid- Atlantic states southwestward to the northern Gulf of Mexico waters through Sunday night, as a cold front moves off the Texas coast. Fresh E winds in the northern Gulf waters will become SE across the NW Gulf waters this morning, continue through Saturday, then become light southerly flow just ahead of the Sunday evening cold front for the Texas coast. The front is expected to reach from near Apalachicola FLorida to the eastern Bay of Campeche by Monday evening, from near Fort Myers Florida to the N central Yucatan Peninsula by Tuesday evening. The front is expected to move across the far NW waters Tuesday night, and reach from near 31N74W to the central Bahamas and to central Cuba by Wednesday evening.
