.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from the Florida Big Bend to the Bay of
Campeche will slow while continuing SE and gradually lose
identity across the far SE Gulf waters on Tue night through Wed.
A fresh NE to E breeze is expected across the southern Gulf 
waters.

.TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft in the late morning and afternoon.

and gradually dissipate through Sat night.
