Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A broad trough along 92W will be absorbed today by a
cold front currently extending SW from near Apalachicola Florida
to 26N93W to just NW of Veracruz Mexico near 20N97W will race SE
and reach a position from the Florida Big Bend to 23N93W to the
Bay of Campeche at sunset, then gradually lose identity across
the SE waters late Tue through Wed. The waters near Tampico will
experience Gale conditions through this evening. Gales are
expected for the waters near Veracruz this evening through
Tuesday night. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends N from a low centered at 
23N71W to 31N71W. The low may develop into a tropical cyclone as
 it moves N,then NE along the surface trough reaching near
26N72W  this evening, and passing through 31N68W Tue morning.
Strong to  near gale force southerly flow and scattered TSTMS
will spread N  across the ATLC waters to the E of the low and
trough through Tue. A cold front will move off the SE coast of
the United States late tonight and race E to merge with the
trough along a position from 31N65W to the Central Bahamas on
Wed. The trough will then stall  and drift W on Thu and Fri.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and NE 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 to 4 ft in the late evening and overnight. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NE 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.

20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in N to NE swell. Scattered
