The waters near Tampico will experience Gale conditions through this evening. Strong to near gale force southerly flow and scattered TSTMS will spread N across the ATLC waters to the E of the low and trough through Tue. A cold front will move off the SE coast of the United States late tonight and race E to merge with the trough along a position from 31N65W to the Central Bahamas on Wed.
