.SYNOPSIS...Winds in the Florida Straits will increase to fresh
as a surface trough across Cuba continue to move W later this
morning. Fresh winds will continue to propagate W across the SE
Gulf through tonight with seas building up to 5 ft.

.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A broad surface trough NE of Puerto Rico will move
WNW across the forecast waters through Friday night. This trough
of  low pressure along with strong high pressure to the N will
enhance the winds and seas E of the Bahamas through Thursday
night and between the W Bahamas and Florida the remainder
weekend. Expect  active weather in the form of scattered to
numerous showers and  thunderstorms with possible gusty winds
and building seas with  this trough.
