Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong SW winds over the northern portion
of the NE Gulf, and over the eastern portion of the N Central
Gulf will diminish during tonight. Weak Atlantic high pressure
will extend westward across the northern Gulf through Wednesday,
then begin to retreat E on Thursday as a weak cold front moves
across eastern Texas. The cold front is forecast to move off the
SW Louisiana and Texas coasts on Tuesday, reach from near the
Mississippi/Alabama border to the SW Gulf by Wednesday afternoon
and from northern Florida to SW Gulf on Thursday while becoming
diffuse.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough along 72W S of 28N will move across the 
Bahamas through Monday evening. Another trough will move from E 
to W across the area Monday through Friday preceded by fresh to 
strong winds and building seas along with numerous showers and 
thunderstorms. Otherwise, high pressure will continue across the
area through the period. NE to E swell E of the Bahamas will 
build over the eastern portion during the upcoming week.
