.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Maria centered at 22.3N 71.0W 958 mb at
11 AM EDT moving NW or 325 degrees at 7 kt. Maximum sustained
winds  are 110 kt with gusts to 135 kt. Maria is forecast to
move N and remain E of the Bahamas. A trough will extend SW from 
the N-central waters to the SE Bahamas in the wake of Maria.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 0 to 3 ft S of 27N,
and 3 to 12 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
