.SYNOPSIS...A trough will develop each night over the NW Yucatan
Peninsula, then move W-NW across the SW Gulf overnight and
dissipate over the SW waters by late each morning. A surface
high will meander over the N-Central waters through Thu night
then shift N of area on Fri. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Residual N swells across the waters N of 28N from
Hurricane Jose will mix with SE swells from Hurricane Maria
across the waters between 65W and 75W tonight and Thu. Major 
Hurricane Maria is centered at 18.5N 66.5W 930 mb at 11 AM EDT 
moving NW, or 305 degrees at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 
120 kt with gusts to 145 kt. Maria is forecast to reach near
19.2N 67.6W at 8 PM tonight, strengthen to 125 kt gusts to
150 kt near  20.2N 69.0W at 8 AM Thu, reach near 21.2N 70.1W at
8 PM Thu,  weaken to 120 kt gusts to 145 kt near 22.4N 71.0W at
8 AM Fri,  weaken to 110 kt gusts to 135 kt near 25.3N 72.4W at
8 AM Sat,  then continue to weaken reaching near 28.5N 73.0W at
8 AM Sun and  passing N of area to near 31.5N 73.0W at 8 AM Mon.

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and N to NE
5 to 10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
