Peninsula, then move W-NW across the SW Gulf before dissipating
by late each morning. Weak high pressure will meander over the
north central waters through Thu night then shift N and inland
Louisiana on Fri.

Rico near 18.6N 66.7W this afternoon, then N of the Mona Passage 
near 19.5N 68.2W tonight, to 20.5N 69.4W Thu afternoon, to 21.5N 
70.5W Thu night, 24.2N 72.0W Fri night, then continuing more 
northward through Sun.
