.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the SE U.S and NE Gulf will
maintain light to moderate winds over the basin through the next
several days.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Jose is centered well N of the area and 
will continue move away while some residual swells continue to 
propagate into northern portions through mid-week. Major 
Hurricane Maria is centered near 15.5N 61.4W 924 mb at 11 PM EDT 
moving WNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 140 kt gusts 170 kt. 
Maria is forecast to move to near 16.1N 62.6W Tue morning, then 
near 17.0N 64.0W Tue evening, near 17.9N 65.4W Wed morning, then 
near 18.7N 66.9W Wed evening, near 20.5N 69.6W Thu evening, near 
22.8N 71.5W Fri evening and 25.5N 72.5W Sat evening. Otherwise, 
a tropical wave will move through the western Caribbean through 
mid-week before exiting W of the area.
