.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Jose is centered N of the area near 33.9N 
71.1W 977 mb at 11 AM EDT moving N at 8 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds 65 kt gusts 80 kt. Jose is forecast to continue N away
from  the area the area through Tue night. Hurricane Maria is
centered  near 14.7N 60.1W 959 mb at 11 AM EDT moving WNW at
9 kt. Maximum  sustained winds 105 kt gusts 130 kt. Maria is
forecast to  strengthen and enter the NE Caribbean late tonight
and reach  Puerto Rico Wed before passing N of Hispaniola Thu
and Thu night.  Maria will move near the Turks and Caicos late
Thu or early Fri  before turning N and staying E of the central
and northern Bahamas through late Fri.
