Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A moderate W to NW flow over the northern waters
will become a gentle S to SW flow later tonight and Wed. A weak
pressure pattern will set up across the Gulf in the wake of Irma
through the remainder of the week. Otherwise, northerly swell
over the NE and N Central waters will gradually subside through
this evening. 

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Jose centered near 26.5N 66.4W 985 MB at 11
PM EDT moving SE at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 65 kt gusts 80 
kt. Jose is expected to change little in strength through the next
several days. Jose is forecast to move to near 25.9N 65.6W Wed 
morning, reaching near 25.3N 65.3W Wed evening, 225.2 66.1W Thu 
morning, near 25.6N 67.4W Thu evening, then moving to 27.3N 70.3W
Fri evening, near 30.5N 70.5W Sat evening, and moving N of the 
area near 32.5N 68.5W by Sun evening. Swell from Jose will 
dominate the forecast waters through Sun. The swell will begin to 
propagate southward through the SE waters on Wed. 

.OVERNIGHT...S to SW winds less than 5 kt. S of 27N, seas 2 ft or
less. N of 27N, seas 5 to 7 ft, subsiding to 3 to 5 ft late. 
.WED...SW to W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW to N in the
