.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Irma is moving farther inland
over the SE U.S. and will become post-tropical later today. A
weak pressure pattern will set up across the Gulf in the wake of
Irma through the remainder of the week. N to NE swell from Irma
will subside through today. 

.TODAY...W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 8 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to
2 ft or less. Isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Irma moving farther inland over 
SE U.S. and will become post-tropical later today. Farther E, 
Hurricane Jose is near 27.5N 69.0W, 987 mb moving E at 5 kt. 
Maximum sustained winds 65 kt gusts to 80 kt. Jose is expected
to move to 27.5N 68.0W this afternoon, to 26.9N 66.5W early Wed,
to 26.0N 66.0W Wed afternoon, to 25.3N 66.3W early Thu, to 25.5N
 69.0W early Fri, before turning NW thereafter as its completes 
this clockwise loop. Swell from Jose will dominate area waters 
through Sat. 

.TODAY...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 11 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S after midnight. Seas
3 to 8 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.WED...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE in the afternoon. Seas
