enter the eastern Straits of Florida Sat afternoon, then turn 
northward across the Florida peninsula Sat night and Sun, bringing
tropical storm force winds to eastern portions of the Straits of 
Florida and Florida Bay in the far SE Gulf late Sat into Sun. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

gusts 190 kt. Irma is forecast to continue WNW today, reaching
near 21.1N 71.1W this evening, near 21.9N 74.2W Fri morning,
near 22.5N 76.5W Fri evening, near 23.1N 78.4W Sat morning, near
25.5N 80.0W Sun morning across the Straits of Florida, then turn
northward across portions of the Florida Peninsula.
