.SYNOPSIS...Newly upgraded Tropical Storm Katie near 22.1N 96.3W
AT 0900Z moving E-SE at 2 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt
gusts 45 kt. Katia is forecast to gradually strengthen during
the next few days, reaching near 21.6N 95.6W tonight, near 21.1N
95.6W Wed night as a 60 kt Tropical Storm, near 20.4N 96.7W Thu
night, and then move SW and inland to near 19.2N 98.7W Fri night
where it will gradually diminish. Hurricane Irma is expected to
move between Cuba and the Bahamas Sat and through the Straits of
Florida late Sat evening and night and possibly across or near
portions of the SE and E Gulf Sun, where Hurricane Conditions
are Possible.

160 kt gusts 195 kt. Irma is forecast to continue WNW and reach
near 18.6N 64.6W this afternoon, near 19.6N 67.3W tonight, near 
20.6N 70.0W Thu afternoon, near 21.3N 72.5W Thu night, near 
22.5N 77.0W Fri night, then turn more NW and across the Straits 
of Florida Sat and Sat night and more northward Sunday across or
near the Florida Peninsula. Tropical Storm Jose near 12.5N 
42.8W 1002 mb AT 0900Z moving W at 11 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Jose is forecast to move WNW and
strengthen to a hurricane near 13.7N 48.0W tonight, reaching
near 14.9N 53.7W Thu night, near 16.7N 57.8W Fri night, then
turn NNW and reach near 19.4N 60.5W Sat night, and near 22.7N
63.6W Sun  night.
