gusts 40 kt. The depression is forecast to strengthen to a 
tropical storm near 22.1N 96.0W Wed morning, moving to near 
21.8N 95.5W Wed evening, near 21.5N 95.3W Thu morning, near 21.3N
95.5W Thu evening, near 20.8N 95.9W as a strong tropical storm 
Fri evening, then moving inland over Mexico near 19.4N 98.1W Sat
evening as a post-tropical system, dissipating by Sun evening. 
Hurricane Irma may move through the Straits of Florida late Sat 
afternoon, and through or near the E Gulf Sat night through the 
end of the weekend where Hurricane Conditions are Possible.
